鸡蛋和勺子接力赛将让每个人在拿着一个非常精致的物体时尽可能快地跑（或者说是快走）。 这将考验每个玩家的协调性和速度。 预计鸡蛋会从勺子上掉下来并打碎，所以要么带一大包鸡蛋，要么用假鸡蛋来做这个游戏，以减少混乱的替代方法
设置
指定一条起跑线和一个转弯点，转弯点应以椅子为标志。 然后，将小组分成两队，让每队在起跑线后排好队。 每个队员必须拿着一个勺子，上面平衡着一个鸡蛋。
游戏玩法
在信号发出后，每队的第一名队员用勺子小心翼翼地平衡着鸡蛋，飞快地走到转身点。 在转身点，他们必须在回到起跑线前绕过椅子。 当一队的第一名队员回到起跑线后，该队的第二名队员也必须这样做。 以此类推。
