Young Republicans Phone Bank into Hawaii

Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. -  On Friday May 21^st, the Broward County Young Republicans held a phone bank, calling into the state of Hawaii for Charles Djou.

“Part of being a Young Republican is fighting not only for the Republican cause but for Republican candidates as well. Of course when the opportunity called, we jumped at the chance to help Djou in his Special Election”.

Hawaii’s Special Election for Congressional District 1 was President Obama’s home district. This was an election that was conducted by mail in ballots, with the polls closing at 6pm on Saturday, May 22^nd. By midnight on Saturday, Djou was announced as the clear winner in the race.
